Nuclear War and Contamination?

(Zec 14:12 KJV) And this shall be the plague wherewith the LORD will smite all the people that have fought against Jerusalem; Their flesh shall consume away while they stand upon their feet, and their eyes shall consume away in their holes, and their tongue shall consume away in their mouth.

It is without debate, if you take the various related Biblical prophesies as "physical manifestations," that nuclear war and nuclear contamination of large areas of the earth is specifically and accurately prophesied throughout Scripture in the "last days." The detail and destruction these ancient prophets saw were far beyond their ability to describe in their language without using analogies and symbolisms meaningful and common to their time and way of life. Imagine being the Apostle Yohanan (John), a humble fisherman, trying to describe in ancient Hebrew the visions he was shown of the modern, climatic end times. How could a man from first century Israel understand equipment of modern warfare? What words would he use to describe things that he didn't even understand? Only in these modern days has many of the cryptic visions and prophesies become understandable or even possible.

I will share with you the various Scriptures and prophesies that I believe clearly foretell of nuclear war and nuclear contamination upon sections of the earth. When I am done, I think, if you are not afraid of the Truth and the leading of the Ruach HaKodesh (Holy Spirit) inside you, that you will better understand this portion of the tribulation that will be revealed in the "last days," whenever it may be. If you think you are within or approaching those days, then I prayerfully submit that you will become better informed with what lies ahead for planet Earth.

For those "SEALED" with the NAME of YHWH upon their foreheads in those days, who have been led by His Ruach (Sprit) to the "Camp of the Righteous" for the great SECOND EXODUS, you have no reason to fear this "wrath of man" that will befall the earth, as you will be kept supernaturally safe. Just as YHWH kept safe the Hebrews and foreigners who fled Egypt during the FIRST Exodus, YHWH and His mighty Angels will protect the SAINTS in the much greater, SECOND Exodus during the last half of the Tribulation, after the Abomination of Desolation.

Nuclear Contamination in Scripture:

Wormwood:

(Rev 8:10) And the third angel sounded, and there fell a great star from heaven, burning as it were a lamp, and it fell upon the third part of the rivers, and upon the fountains of waters; And the name of the star is called Wormwood: and the third part of the waters became wormwood; and many men died of the waters, because they were made bitter.

In 1986, one of the reactors of the Chernobyl nuclear plant near Kiev, Ukraine overheated and exploded sending a huge quantity of radioactive isotopes into the atmosphere.  The Ukraine word “chernobyl” means “wormwood” in English.

From this clue it is possible to understand that the GREAT STAR falling from heaven, burning as a lamp as it streaks through re-entry into our atmosphere, could be two things, either a nuclear missile, or a nuclear-powered satellite or other space equipment. As anyone who witnessed or saw on TV the tragic re-entry disaster of the Shuttle Columbia over south-western North America, the debris does indeed look like a burning lamp. To a first century man, this description of "something" re-entering earths atmosphere is very accurate.

We presently have over 34 plutonium reactor cores within military satellites and space equipment floating endlessly above us within their orbits around planet Earth. Each and every one of them carries within their protective shells enough radioactive plutonium to contaminate large sections of the planet with lethal radiation many times over. It happened before, on a smaller scale, in 1964 when the nuclear-powered satellite "SNAP-9-A" disintegrated above the earth as it fell from its orbit, depositing two pounds (2#) of small particles of radioactive plutonium over large sections of the earth. Dr. John Gofman, M.D., the co-discoverer of Uranium-233 while working with Lawrence Livermore Labs and who was a leader in nuclear radiation effects upon the human body, believes it is this contamination by "SNAP-9-A" that has given rise to the growing cancer rates within society at large.  So, as we know, it is possible that it could happen again, but this time with a larger quantity of a much more deadly "enriched" plutonium fuel (highly radioactive). For example, the nuclear-powered NASA Cassini space probe that dangerously used the gravitational forces of earth to slingshot out into deep space contained SEVENTY-TWO POUNDS (72#) of highly radioactive Plutonium-238. If something would have gone wrong (the positional rockets had a 10% failure rate during R&D), the Cassini probe could have re-entered Earth's atmosphere, burned up and spread enough Plutonium-238 to contaminate the entire globe and cause a massive increase in the rates of cancer and birth defects.

However, there is one other possibility that could cause such devastation upon "1/3 of the waters," this being a very, very "near-miss" trajectory of a large space object (asteroid, meteor, etc...), but I have yet to see how it can be connected with the name, "Wormwood." Yet, it is also possible that because nuclear contamination brings about a slow death, the timeframe of the Great Tribulation rules out nuclear but strengthens the "poisoning" of the waters by a large near-miss space object. I will mention this possibility later for your consideration.

We must also realize that just because something is not specifically mentioned does not mean that it is excluded, this being "Wormwood" falling on 1/3 of the rivers and the "fountains of waters." Although land is not specifically mentioned, it is clearly implied. As any geologist will tell you, "fountains of waters" could easily include ground water that flows beneath the surface of the earth that we pump up with wells or it naturally surfaces in rivers or springs. Contamination of these water supplies is a constant concern for cities that rely upon these ground sources for their water needs. I used to be a licensed Water Plant Operator for several large municipalities, I know!

Below is the contamination pattern over several days from the Chernobyl nuclear reactor disaster. Notice the fallout pattern of the second and third image. Using very general estimates, I would guess that around 1/3 or less of the earth was directly effected by the fallout from this disaster.

 Unlike a nuclear missile that targets a pin-point area within a nation, a nuclear-powered satellite or other space equipment, streaking through the skies, depositing lethal particles of Plutonium from its reactor along the way, could easily contaminate 1/3 of the earth's waters and land masses. Shuttle Columbia scattered a swath of debris from California to Texas, how much more area could small radioactive particles contaminate?

If a large area of earth's water supply were to be contaminated with radioactive particles, what will those millions of FRIGHTENED people drink? Bottled water? That would be gone in hours. You can only last 3~4 days without water! What will they do? They'll DRINK IT and hope for the best!!! Scripture tells us "MANY MEN (both sexes) died" after ingesting this "Wormwood."

Are Zechariah's "Flying Scrolls" nuclear missiles?

A Messianic Israelite teacher, Michael Rood, during Sukkot (Feast of Tabernacles), was given an amazing and timely revelation from Scripture in 2003 of Zechariah's "Flying Scrolls" that solidifies the belief that Thermo-Nuclear warheads WILL BE USED in the "last days." It has been underneath the noses of biblical scholars for ages yet only now, in these days, have the blinders been removed and the pieces of Zechariah's puzzle are coming together.

• What is the "evil woman" upon these scrolls? Why is she contained inside lead?
  • Is the translation "woman" correct? What else could this Hebrew word mean?
• Where are these "flying scrolls" now?
