An ancient stone tablet, just recently come into the public eye, that dates slightly before Yahushua’s (Jesus’) birth, now proves that the concept of a “Suffering Messiah” is NOT UNIQUE to Christianity, but indeed was a commonly understood belief in ancient Israel and within the Temple religious system of the day. Just one more SIGN to this modern, sinful world that the Messiah existed, did what he said and is who He said He is, the LIVING TORAH, Him being the only way to wash away SIN and restore fellowship with Yahweh (YHWH). All other paths lead to destruction…

It reminds me of all the “signs” God gave Bruce before he crashed his car into the pole while looking for his dropped prayer beads in the funny movie, “Bruce Almighty.” How many more “signs” does humanity need?

Today, Tuesday, April 3rd, is known as the “Day of Preparation,” a WORK day where we prepare for the Pesach Seder that evening and, more importantly, the day our Messiah Yahushua became our Pesach Lamb and was sacrificed for our sins, so that we would be made right before YHWH.

We wish everyone a special, meaningful and blessed Festival of Unleavened Bread for the next eight days, ending on April 10th.

On the evening of March 20th, the sliver of the NEW MOON was clearly seen throughout Israel and Jerusalem. Combined with the PLENTIFUL Aviv Barley around Jerusalem and Israel, this makes the evening of March 20th and the day of March 21st the BIBLICAL NEW YEAR!

This means that PASACH (Passover) will begin the evening of April 3rd and conclude at sundown April 10th.

I also apologize for not being more active on the web site and this blog. I seem to have so little time after work and daily family time. I will make more of an effort to add the many things that need to be added. There is so much going on in the Messianic community and the world in general.

I have just received the following email concerning Jamie Louis and the tragic auto accident that has taken atleast two precious lives and has put others in the hospital. I weep and wail for Jamie in his loss at such a joyous time on the calendar (Sukkot). May Yahweh MOST HIGH bring SHALOM (Peace) down like a torrential rain upon Jamie, Connie and family, as well as all of us deeply affected by this tragedy. YAHWEH, I cry out to you now, and ask for your will in this matter and that your Spirit reigh in us all…

Tragic Sukkot Accident

Last year on my Summer speaking tour in the US I spent quite a bit
of time with Jamie Louis and his family. Jamie Louis works with
Michael Rood, overseeing the complex logistics behinds Rood’s
various operations including speaking tours, Israel tours, filming
television programs, etc. Last night Jamie’s father-in-law was
driving to a Sukkot event in Oklahoma with three of Jamie’s step-
children and his niece. The car was in a tragic accident killing
Jamie’s father-in-law Lyle and his 10-year old daughter Machayla.
His 17-year old daughter Felicity and his niece Angela were also
hurt and are recovering in the hospital. I want to send my
condolences to Jamie and his wife Connie on the loss of their loves
ones. I will never forget the long drive last last Summer from Las
Vegas to Salt Lake City. To get to the next destination on our
speaking tour I sat for what seemed like forever in the back seats
of a beat-up old van sitting next to Connie and her two little girls
Hanna and Machayla. Connie had asked me if I could take advantage of
the long travel time by teaching some Hebrew to her sweat little
angels. I was amazed at how quickly Hanna and Machayla gobbled up
Hebrew phrases and even learned to write their names in Hebrew
letters in only a few hours. Machayla’s life was cut short and she
will be missed by those who knew her. In Israel when someone dies it
is customary to say to the family members, a-ni mish-ta-tef be-tsa-
ar-chem which means “I partake in your sorrow”. Jamie and Connie, a-
ni mish-ta-tef be-tsa-ar-chem.

According to the BIBLICAL, TORAH-based calendar of Yahweh, the SLIVER of the NEW MOON was seen from Jerusalem on SUNDAY evening, Sept. 24th, by atleast TWO WITNESSESS (many more actually). Accordingly, Sunday evening through MONDAY evening is YOM TERUAH, the Day of Sounding/Trumpets. This is the DAY that “no man knows the day nor the hour.” Rejoice in Yahweh and celebrate this joyous festival! There will be plenty of time to repent and mourn on Yom Kippur, the Day of Atonement…

Sadly, many who follow the Rabbinical Hillel II calendar celebrated too early, on Friday evening, an evening IMPOSSIBLE to sight the New Moon as Torah demands. I pray that one day soon my brother Judah will return to Torah and re-embrace the calendar Yahweh has given us, and the one He goes by, as He has sworn. Now that Judah, as well as some of Benjamin and Levi, now inhabit the land and dwell within Jerusalem, there is NO EXCUSE for not turing back to Torah and follow the TRUE calendar.

The shortsighted, unworkable CEASE FIRE will fall apart soon, in my opinion. Israel has had a MAJOR wake up call! Unfortunatly, in order for Scripture to be fulfilled, there will be more defeats. Indeed, it will get so worrisome and desperate that many will wonder aloud if Israel will even SURVIVE. I don’t know how it will come about, but Israel will get to a point where all their hope and pride in their military might will lie in shambles and then, as foretold, Israel will REPENT and cry out to YHWH in TRUTH. Then YHWH Himself will fight for His Land and for His People, and no one will prevail against Him…

Keep an eye on August 22nd (Aug. 21st~22nd in the USA timezones). The apocolyptic President of Iran, an avid seeker of the Mahdi (Muslim Messiah), may try to “make a way” for this fairytale messiah, which could include war in the Middle East or an attack against the USA somehow… or both. I hope it passes uneventfully, but I suggest you remain aware until it does.

Many of the Disciples of Yahushua the Messiah are wondering if THIS WAR is the beginning of “the war” prophesied in Scripture for the “Last Days.” Two-House, Messianic Teacher Monte Judah, in his 7/14/06 Shabbat sermon strongly believes that this could be THE ONE Scriptures speaks of that leads us into Jacob’s Trouble. He believes that all the PREREQUISITES are in place, the Players are there and the war technology shown to us in Scripture now exists. I personally do not know yet, but if Iran and Syria step in to assist Hezbullah and Hamas, as we all know they are the puppet masters in all of this, then Monte could be right and we will have one wild ride coming our way!

Now would be a very good time to read Rabbi Rob’s excellent study titled, The SECRET HISTORY of ISLAMIC TERRORISM. This will greatly help you understand what is going on in Israel right now and why the various forces are aligned the way they are. You need to understand these things, so read it…

I now pray to Yahweh Elohim, in the name of Yahushua the Messiah, the Kodosh Lamb of Yahweh, that Yahweh grant Israel VICTORY over her enemies, the sons of Ishmael and Esau, whom Yahweh hates, in spite of her secularism, rejection and vanity of Your name, and the sin of speaking Torah but not DOING TORAH. Yahweh, I pray that you put CONFUSION and FEAR into the camp of her enemies, and remove their will to fight. I pray, if it be that time in history, that YOU, Yahweh, fight for YOUR LAND and bring VICTORY over those who HATE YOU. I pray then that you UNITE the TWO HOUSES, Judah and Ephraim, and bring forth the GREATER EXODUS that brings us back home to the land that BEARS YOUR NAME. I pray for supernatural protection for Israel’s fighting men and women, as well as all those who call Israel home. I most of all pray for YOUR WILL in all these matters!!!
